VanEck has launched the VanEck US Equity Buffer ETF October (OCT) , the second fund in its defined outcome exchange-traded fund (ETF) range. The ETF is designed to provide exposure to the performance of the US equity market while buffering against a defined portion of losses over an annual outcome period. The fund follows the launch of the VanEck U S Equity Buffer ETF - July (JULV) and is the second of four quarterly buffer ETFs the firm plans to introduce. OCT uses F lex options
