The former MSCI global head of index client solutions has joined the quantitative investment firm as quantitative trading director in Paris.

Stephane Mattatia ( pictured ) has reemerged at Qube Research & Technologies (QRT) as quantitative trading director, following eight years at MSCI and a previous 13-year career at Société Générale. Mattatia joined QRT in July 2026 and is based in Paris. He left MSCI in June after serving as global head of index client solutions.
