Freddie Cheng has parted company with HSBC following a restructuring of the bank's operations in New York. Cheng was finally a managing director and head of equity derivatives structuring for the Americas in HSBC Global Banking & Markets, based in New York. He will be replaced by Fabien Trempe , who will report to Gregory Molin, head of equity trading for the Americas. Cheng leaves the UK bank after a career that stretches back 27 years and started in fixed income arbitrage trading in Londo
