Intesa Sanpaolo has raised €701.3m for a four-year structured bond marketed among Italian retail investors in November.

Tasso variabile con minimo e massimo is a capital-guaranteed income product linked to six-month Euribor with a capped call payoff that provides six-monthly coupons equal to the underlying rate, with a minimum of 2.25% pa and a maximum of 4% pa.

Intesa Sanpaolo is currently marketing a new tranche of the Tasso variabile con minimo e massimo bond with improved payouts floored at 2.5% pa and capped at 5% pa.

The new Tasso variabile con minimo e massimo will be available for subscription until 23 December. Minimum investment is €1,000.
