India’s ING Vysya today launched ING Vysya Dynamic Asset Allocation (DAAF) Fund, a capital-protected closed-ended fund designed to take investors into the realm of 12,000 plus Sensex levels, which it said appear to have taken local mutual fund managers by surprise.“There is no fund management skill-set in this country that knows how to deal with 12,000 levels and beyond.
