Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) and OSK's Nusadana Asset Management is offering Indonesian investors a capital-protected fund as part of a new distribution agreement.
OSK Nusadana Capital Protected Fund, which has a maximum term of 13 months, is expected to launch this month, said BII's wealth management SVP Stephen Sukianto. He told journalists that the firm would be launching future investment products with OSK. The firms are targeting IDR100bn ($11m) for their first fund.
He noted that BII's parent Maybank has a strong relationship with Nusadana's Malaysian owner, OSK. Both Maybank and OSK are regular issuers of structured and capital-protected investments.
