Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (CA CIB), formerly Calyon, has promoted Frederic Meron to global head of global equity derivatives and Ahmed Kachenoura to head global sales for the group as well as flow and delta-one sales and trading, a Credit Agricole spokesperson told SRP.
