US direct investing platform RueOne Investments (RueOne) has added Stephen Frangione (pictured) as a partner and chief operating officer. Frangione will oversee the operations of the company as it builds an institutional quality organization. Prior to joining RueOne Investments, Frangione served as a managing director at Royal Bank of Scotland where he most recently ran the US Investor Products and Equity Derivatives (IP&ED) business serving large institutional investors, global corporates,
