David Moroney (pictured), formerly global head of structuring at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), has joined Blackrock as head of product, iShares and index investment, Europe, Middle East & Africa (Emea). Based in London, Moroney will report to Mark Wiedman , global head of ishares and index investments. Moroney left RBS in November 2016 after one year as COO Capital Resolution UK.
