We now have more than 10 years of research, from MSCI, from Harvard, from McKinsey, which points that if there is a better gender balance within a company, the financial returns are higher. It doesn’t mean that women are better than men, or men are better than women. It is telling us that when the teams are mixed, the financial returns are better than when the team is not mixed.
