Former Vontobel head Armbruster joins German e-broker

The appointment comes at a time when fintech group and online broker Flatex grows its flow structured product and cash equities platform. Armbruster will join on 1 May as managing director and member of the executive committee, based in Frankfurt. He will report to chief executive officer Frank Niehage, and will be responsible for the online broker’s B2C business alongside Niklas Helmreich.
