The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has completed its investigation into market manipulation by the Cyprus Popular Bank and Commerzbank.

CySEC has unveiled its investigation into the historical market manipulation that occurred between Commerzbank and Cyprus Popular Bank (CPB), and imposed an administrative fine of €650,000 (US$ $730,800) on the German bank for market manipulation.
