Vontobel has announced changes to its senior management team following the departure of Axel Schwarzer who is stepping down from his operational role after 10 years.

Schwarzer will retain his ties with Vontobel as chairman of the bank’s subsidiary TwentyFour Asset Management. Marko Röder , the bank’s head global sales asset management, will take over the running of the asset management client unit.
