The US multi-issuer structured products and annuities platform Luma Financial Technologies made several appointments throughout 2020. In an annuities push, the Cincinnati-based company scored John (Jay) R. Charles (pictured) as director of annuity products. Charles supervises the expansion of the firm’s annuity offering and distribution, and reports to Luma president and chief executive officer, Tim Bonacci.
