The issuance amount of equity-linked securities (ELS) and equity-linked bond (ELB) at NH Investment & Securities in Q1 22 has rebounded to a stable level at KRW1.2 trillion (US$923m) year-on-year.

During the period derivatives-linked securities (DLS) and derivatives-linked bonds (DLBs) contributed to KRW30 billion, representing a significant fall from KRW600 billion year-on-year, or an increase from KRW2 billion compared with the previous quarter, according to NH Investment’s Q3 21 earnings release.  NH Investment’s issuance stands out in the Korean structured product market where the entire sales volume of index-linked autocallables fell 37.2% to KRW15.9 trillion in Q1
