SG vehicle reports €38.8 billion outstanding, pursues warrants issuance in Asia

Société Générale issued 14,403 new notes (among which 89 secured notes) and 4,019 warrants during 2022 through its SG Issuer (SGIS) issuance programme. As of 31 December 2022, the outstanding amount for secured and unsecured notes issued by the company stood at €38.8 billion (US$41.3 billion), a down 3.7% from the previous year (end-2021: €40.3 billion).
