Société Générale has completed the acquisition of the Commerzbank’s Equity Markets and Commodities’ (EMC) business with the integration of the German bank’s exchange-traded investment solutions.

It covers ETF market-making activities, which consists of ensuring market liquidity for ETF issuers and executing orders for institutional clients, as well as the listed investment products offered to sophisticated retail investors, such as warrants and certificates.
