The Swiss bank has made further changes to its executive board as it prepares for a comprehensive strategic review.

Credit Suisse Group has announced the appointments of Dixit Joshi as chief financial officer (CFO) and Francesca McDonagh as group chief operating officer. Joshi (pictured) will rejoin the Swiss bank in Zurich on 1 October and will replace David Mathers who has stepped down after more than 11 years in his role. For the past five years, Joshi served as Group Treasurer at Deutsche Bank, where he played a key part in the bank’s restructuring while overhauling the firm’s balance sheet.
